So, we decided to buy a portable DVD player with dual screens from Best Buy since we were going on several long trips with the kids. Well the model that Best Buy advertised as being "portable" did not have batteries and required that the unit be plugged in. So after shelling out $250 for a product that was falsely advertised as "portable" I went to return the item to Best Buy. Best Buy then refuses to refund all our money despite having a receipt and all the original, undamaged packaging. Why? They claim the unit was an "in car video system" despite the fact that it was not sold with auto electronics, requires an adapter to be used in a vehicle, and is not an auto accessory. So even though it was never even used, Best Buy steals $40 for a repackaging fee.
I will never shop there again.
