I've been promising Andrew that we could play with Play Doh as soon as Eva went to bed. Well, lo and behold, the play doh we had was dried up and difficult to manipulate. I usually buy play doh, because it's about the same price to make it as it is to buy it. But, it's great to have a recipe around when you're out! Fortunately for my Play Doh Plan B I try to keep these ingredients in the pantry. Here's the recipe (compliments of Linda) if you ever find yourself in the same predicament.
2 1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Salt
1 T Alum
3 Pkg Sugar Free Kool Aid (I like Orange)
3 T Veg Oil
Mix Together and add 2 C boiling water.
Stir and let stand until cool.
Knead together 2-3 minutes until no longer sticky.
